God as I sing and pray to you tonight I want you to arise and take your place on this campus. I want you to revive this campus and all the state schools across PA and the nation. 150 years ago there was a revolution of prayer across the nation and I want another one. Right now...this year. This moment. Move. Sweep across the hearts of your believers. Your loves. Your portion and light their fire once again to make a difference for you. If you humble yourselves he will hear you. Jesus hear my cry...I am the lowest of low and maybe I'm not I mean in this world I am not but to you I am just a terrible as the man who....no Im worse than the man who has killed thousands but turns to you with a contrite soul...I am worse because I am not that broken...I am not that much in need of forgiveness oh Jesus but the thing is Im in need of more forgiveness because I think for some reason I dont need that...pour your forgiveness on me Jesus you alone are the only one who doesn't deserve punishment yet you took it for all of us. Jesus I praise you for your mighty works. I praise you that I need you and that I am not sufficient on my own. Jesus you are the missing link you are the one that holds the ultimate truth yes there is truth out there there is truth in others but the only truth that really matters is that we fall short but you loved us enough to make it okay agian...and not just fall short to enter life after death no we have fallen short from a relationship with our creator. How without a relationship with our creator can we know why we live and why we are the way we are. I praise you that I can know you that you drew me to yourself so I can know the precious truth. Now God whenever I get excited about knowing you and your love it makes me want to tell other people in a way...or maybe it is just when I start to feel obligated but no it is so amazing that is why shouldnt everyone in the world know about it but then....then I get stuck because i cant think any other way but this way and so I dont know how others think execpt that maybe they dont know why life exists. I hear people talk about how they try to find themselves and meditate and filter life through music and writing but does that define who we are as beings...why the world exsits and why we live in it? No like I said I cant think any other way. Jesus King Lord God I call out to you with everything in my being to ARISE and take your place on the throne in this town in this college in this state in this nation. Most of the time I know not what I want but this...this is real...this will expand your kingdom and that is what you want. King of kings fight the enemy this is your territory. This is your nation this is your world we the generation of 20 somes are your nation.

 May we be a nation that seeks your face.

Okay so this verse pretty much sums up how I'm feeling right now:

"Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls."

God is AMAZING!!  There are just too many to write down. He is taking of Millersville and as long as we continue to cover it in prayer the Lord will reign here. Zachary, Patrick, Ricky, and a few others talked last night in care group about what Easter meant to them. The passion that they talked about it with was amazing and got me excited too. Easter is the time to celebrate the most pivitol event in history!! All who came before this event hoped for it and all after it can now have the hope that comes from it.  Hebrews 11 talks about faith and what it means and who had it in the Word of God. Verse 13-16:

"All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance. And they admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth. People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. Instead, they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them."

They were waiting for the Jesus to come and fulfill the promise of Jesus to restore His relationship with His creation. They were waiting for Easter to happen. And then.....BOOM! He comes and dies on the cross for our sins so that we can be reunited with our Creator!! How awesome is that. So I'm not only excited about what God is doing in my life and on this campus but I am also in awe of how God worked in the world before my grandparents' grandparents' grandparents and so on. The amazing things is that He has been working since the very beginning, literally. Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth!" Let me just say that again, He has been working since the beginning! And He is working everyday since (minus the day of rest but He doesn't really take days off). Wow! So there was a longing for Easter and then Jesus came and now we have hope. I Peter 1:3-5:

"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade—kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time."

We have an inheritance that lasts forever because the Lord Jesus was the epitome of selflessness. Man sometimes I'm so selfish. By the way if you are reading this and you have time read the rest of I Peter 1...its amazing. 

I am so blessed so many people are praying for me in life and that is such a blessing and I really think all this prayer to understand the real meaning of Easter is coming true because God is just revealing it to me. And I just can't help not be excited right now.

So praise the Lord for everything He is doing!! And now I want to share it. I want to be a vessel to get God's good news out. He already is using me...one of the awesome things He is doing but I pray I won't become useless again. I want to reach the lost and bring them to this amazing love and truth of Jesus Christ. I'm still learning and being shaped for this task but I guess thats a life thing. I'm just so pumped!!
